Return Policy
For All Products
Customers have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to contact us to request a return with a 15% restocking fee. The fee is necessary for refurbishment, inspection and repackaging. This fee is based on the sale price of the product. For example, if the product costs $50 before tax or shipping, the restocking fee would be 15% of $50, which equals $7.50 and may be deducted from your refund.
(Manufacturer defects are exempt from the restocking fee regardless of when they're reported, see more details below)
Please keep in mind, products that you wish to return must be in the same condition that you received them in with all of the components that were originally included. Please double check that you are satisfied with the product and your mounting systems are compatible BEFORE you bring your products into the field.
Items that ARE eligible for a refund WITHIN the 15 day period with a 15% restocking fee include:

Items that are not compatible with your mounting system.

If you're dissatisfied with the product or it doesn’t meet your expectations
Items that ARE eligible for exchange within the 15 day period without a 15% restocking fee include:

A monocular that you are unable to achieve focus with. Everybody's eyes are different, and you may not be able to achieve a clear focus with the monocular. You should know within 15 days if this is the case. We will exchange your monocular with a new one at no extra charge. If you are still dissatisfied, we will give you a refund but you will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Items that ARE eligible for a return before or after the 15 day period without incurring a restocking fee include:

The only case is manufacturer defects, which will be determined upon OptixNow receiving the item and you will also be reimbursed for shipping.
Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE for a return whatsoever (within the 15 day period) include:

Items that appear intentionally damaged.

Items that are disassembled beyond what's intended.

Monoculars that are disassembled, IE lenses removed, focusing wheels removed etc.

Monoculars that are exposed to extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to assess whether water damage exceeds the rated waterproof specifications based on internal testing.

Monoculars that are exposed to sunlight for extended periods of time, as this will cause damage to the internal seals, lenses and other components.

Monoculars that are detached from the housing.

We recommend customers refer to the "product Info" page for compatibility and fitment information. Viewing the compatibility chart prior to purchasing will help ensure the products you are purchasing from us fit your mounting system.
Please do not ship the item until you are assigned an RMA number, this number should be included in the package, whether written on the box with a marker or written on a piece of paper inside the box.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR RETURN SHIPPING TO US IN MOST CASES. Please save your tracking number in case of shipping disruptions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding its status and whether a refund has been approved.
