Shipping Policy

• All orders will incur a $9.95 charge for flat rate shipping to the CONUS (Continental United States), price is subject to change depending on order size. Most orders will be shipped via USPS ground. However, other shipping services may be utilized by OptixNow.

   

• We do not ship to 

  • International Addresses

  • US Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.)

  • no APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes allowed.

   

• Please reach out prior to placing your order if you live outside of the United States of America for custom shipping quote and a double check on your local laws regarding your order. 

   

• ​Please allow 5 business days from the time of purchase for packaging and processing. But rest assured, we will get your products shipped as soon as possible! 

   

• ​We are not responsible for delays or disruptions that occur within the shipping services. If there are delays or disruptions after the shipping service receives the package, you should use your tracking number and consult them directly.
