Please request a return within 15 days of delivery, all returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. All origional components must be included with the return. Anything returned must be in good condition without any damage. Missing components, damage (intentional or unintentional) will disqualify your return.

• All orders will incur a $9.95 charge for flat rate shipping to the CONUS (Continental United States), price is subject to change depending on order size. Most orders will be shipped via USPS ground. However, other shipping services may be utilized by OptixNow.

• We do not ship to 

  • International Addresses

  • US Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.)

  • no APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes allowed.

• Please reach out prior to placing your order if you live outside of the United States of America for custom shipping quote and a double check on your local laws regarding your order.
